Termination Notification:
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing a written notice of termination via email to the other party. Such notice must be sent at least 30 days prior to the intended termination date. The email address used for termination notification shall be the one provided by each party during the commencement of this agreement or as subsequently updated and communicated in writing."
Contact Information Update:
Both parties agree to promptly notify the other of any changes to their contact information, including email addresses, mailing addresses, and phone numbers. Notification of contact information changes must be made in writing via email to the designated contact person of the other party. The update will become effective upon confirmation of receipt by the receiving party. Failure to provide updated contact information may result in the inability to receive notices or communications as stipulated in this agreement."
Prorated Refund or Payment:
In the event of early termination by the client, the client shall be obligated to pay for all services rendered up to the point of termination. Additionally, the client will incur a penalty equal to a percentage of the total contract value remaining at the time of termination. The specific percentage will be determined based on the nature and duration of the service provided, as outlined in the initial agreement.
